Currently holding 5 Guinness World Records including fastest to eat 10 Carolina Reapers, the world’s hottest pepper; our founder Greg Foster knows a thing or two about heat and spice. With over 20 years working professionally in restaurants and kitchens, Greg’s palate has been refined to appreciate amazing flavor as well. These two talents combined with a passion for growing peppers and vegetables has blossomed into a company that produced sauces that highlight flavor balanced with appropriate levels of heat.

 

With the closure of Inferno Farms, our founder has shifted gears and is now following another passion, functional mushrooms and creating medicine with food. Greg is now the Lead Chemist and Product Developer for Edible Alchemy, a supplier of mushroom tinctures, powders and herbal remedies.
